What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! You can return unused goods within 15 days of receipt for any reasons and we will refund your money, except for shipping charges. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of an error on our part. Any defective goods will be replaced at our cost. However, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt that your product is broken or defective. Do you sell Cuban cigars?
Of course not, that would be illegal. We sell many different types of cigars though, many of which are just as good if not better!
Do you charge taxes?
Yes, we must charge sales tax to customers that reside in Arizona in accordance with state laws.
